Offbeat or foereign exchanges

List some coin exchanges that are basically foreign and not really english-language as the main language or are slightly offbeat like TheRock.
We've got the main ones mtgox.com and btc-e.com and bitstamp, there's also Intersango and Vircurex. By foreign we mean like bter.com and bitchina.

Here's my list of plausible exchanges. Though I'm not testifying to their value, we all remember the cryptocrooks!

I haven't listed any currently closed down and keeping users' funds, or thought to be generally bad apples (cryptoxchange.com), also you should generally be wary of scam sites when looking at exchanges that have few visitors.

Nice list, here is another link http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/ which lists exchanges for bitcoin, ranked by monthly volumes.

I like to check the action there.  You can see the various prices and when the last trade was executed.

I'm in Canada, and have tried all the canadian exchanges. cavertex has been the easiest, fastest, best priced so far. Libertybits is easy but charges waaaaaay too much, has ridiculous spreads. I've simply had too much trouble getting verified from out-of-canada exchanges, so I don't bother with them. Please note, 99% of my use of exchanges is to simply buy btc to hold, so my info only relates to that end of the service.

Don't get verified! Gox suxx these days because of the need to conform to thos enew slaws they've brought in; maybe we need more exchanges in Russia!
