Seems like a clone of ARK, same wallet and delegate system. Even many of the delegates are the same on RISE as ARK

Clone or not the projects roadmap does look good. Allowing devs to build/integrate with Java, Python, C++ RUBY, etc is pretty cool, there's a use case for the coin/project. I like ARK, so this peaks my interest and seems to have blown up on bittrex over the last 24h. Seems like ARK though, am I missing something?

Also why would a business use those altcoins like RISE? wouldnt they be the only ones doing it thus making the purpose of most altcoins very useless?

Because I really dont get it when all those altcoins starts to skyrocket when they dont even have any use in everyday economy.
