Welcome to Kekdaq.com: A Decentralized Meme Asset/Exchange Protocol. Kekdaq is the first true protocol fork of Counterparty that lives on the Pepecoin blockchain (Pepecoin ANN) and aims to serve a much needed place to preserve memes and the rarity of said memes. Kekdaq allows you to create as many assets as you wish, trade them with other meme connoisseurs and to serve whatever memetic properties you can dream of.

The Pepecoin blockchain (MEME) is the underlying memetic commodity that is the economic base of the Kekdaq exchange. Pepecoin is the “Bitcoin” that serves to support the whole Kekdaq exchange economy and its future growth. It is a proof of stake blockchain currency and has been in the works for a few years now and finally the project has come to it’s true form.

Our Mission

Counterparty (XCP) was the first experiment of this type of exchange protocol that resides on top of the Bitcoin blockchain. From further experimentation this led to advancements in realizing that its possible to be creating Assets/Art/Tokens for a wide number of usages

The problems with Counterpartys form of decentralized exchanges that live on the Bitcoin protocol are the costs of transaction fees. Kekdaq’s usage of the Pepecoins blockchain makes creating, sending and trading lots of user created and peer made assets fun and most importantly CHEAP. Currently the Counterparty exchange (due to Bitcoin’s block size problems) are limiting the fun and ability of sending many assets at a cheap transaction fee. Counterpartys fees for sending transactions are at a 20 cent (low priority hour send) to 2 dollar fee per transaction (high priority send). If you wanted to share 1000’s of of your new and wonderful assets to traders you would be breaking the bank. No one wants to send hundreds of cards/assets that has barely any worth at the moment to anyone if it costs 20 cents to 2 dollars each. It’s economically straining and takes away the fun.

How can I get involved?

If you wish to join first you need Pepecoin which is listed under MEME on Bittrex Exchange, afterwards you ask? How do you create assets? On the Kekdaq exchange we have a token called KDAQ and it is used primarily as a burning mechanism to create the assets you wish. “Burning” a token means sending the token as a payment to a Kekdaq address that no one in the world can ever retrieve. We use this as a deflationary economic tool to make Pepecoin (MEME) valuable to own as a true memetic commodity. So in straight basics you take Pepecoin (MEME) and 'burn' into KDAQ Tokens and then you are allowed to spend those KDAQ tokens to create your assets and decide how many tokens you wish to have for whatever purpose you need. As an example let’s say I wanted to make “RETROKEK” asset. I would take some Pepecoin, burn it into KDAQ create “RETROKEK” asset, Spend the 0.5 XDQ fee, confirm details like how many you wish to create and a description and thats all there is to it. Now you can trade those newly created tokens of your naming on Kekdaq just like any other exchange.

As we move forward we have plenty of ideas in the pipeline as well. We in the Pepecoin (MEME) community are batting around an idea of “The Holokek” which will be a virtual asset trading mechanism for your phone. Consider it a futuristic card trading app that also serves as your wallet and also a viewer so you can show your dank memes to your friends while also being able to trade, send and receive those memes as well. As you can see we aim to serve the ENTIRE meme/art trading community and we feel that the fees are a great solvent to the current Bitcoin blockchain bloat problem. Other projects such as www.museumofmodernpepe.com will be serving to aim the high valued digital art realm and enter a new world of digital art collection and acquisition.

Burning 60:1 apparently scaling downward... I'm sacrificing small village of Pepe now to honor Kek greatness!  But getting 58.35 KDAQ per PEPE...  Beloved KEK taste for sacifice souring over time...

Until block 927,000 thats when it ends but it scales down from about 1:58~ now all the way to nothing by block 927,000

We are not doing an ICO, this is thread for KDAQ token, a token on the Pepecoin Blockchain ($MEME) you can now get KDAQ tokens to use for creating other tokens and trading now on Kekdaq.com by sending MEME/PEPE to the wallet on Kekdaq and then burning it for KDAQ.
