1) Download NoDevFee8.5.zip
2) Right-click NoDevFee.exe-> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> Run as administrator -> Save
3) Open NoDevFee.bat and change your wallet to your wallet address -> double-click to run NoDevFee.bat
