因deeponion在线钱包被黑，丢币且被列入黑名单的，有重新获得资格的吗？，

前两天，因deeponion国内钱包无法同步，大家用的非官方钱包被黑，凡是用的估计都丢币且列入了黑名单，有跟官方沟通后重新获得资格的吗？ 大家一起想想办法。

We act on facts, the coin moves, the bot stops crawling it again. There is no mistake there. Chinese people can make their own solutions about web wallets or VPN service supporting Tor.

So you need to fill it back up 90 percent from what we sent and then tell us this we can consider your case and update the old wallet with  new wallet and you will need to wait 7 days with up balance before participate the airdrop because system need to see at least 7 days up balance.

dev, I have  tried to do as what you said ,  fill back up 90 percent from what I have been distributed and then wait for another 7 days , but when I  reapply from this URL: https://deeponion.org/apply.php with a new wallet address . it shows  User Blacklisted, really hope dev team can  give us the authority to reapply as soon as possible. 他说的是新地址，但是首先需要更改成新地址，现在因为id 被列入黑名单了，无法重新更改地址。但我已经给官方留言了，让他们尽快审核，给大家更新地址的权限。

I think that most important thing for now is to find solution for users from China. Some kind of dev-hosted web wallet or something. They are practically cut off from tor,and they have no way to participate.
