I would definitely not buy any ICOs, it is better to wait for project to end and see if it worth to buy it or not.

I would buy Bitcoin, and Waves. Waves has very good news coming up and it is in buy zone technically except most of other coins out there.

I will say top 20 because there is a lot of possibility the price will be doubled as soon as possible. But you can try to choose token that was having the cheap price.
Imagine the price of the coin will double and you will get hundred percent return for your investment.

At the moment, I would rather buy ETH if you want to play safe, or maybe XLM if you want to profit from a probable (massive) recovery. IOTA has soared, but probably too much. NEM and NEO seem to have peaked, too.

I wouldn't touch ICO with a ten foot pole, too much ICO out there. Invest in your choice in top 10. My personal feeling would be ETH, I would not be surprised to see it above 400-500$ before the end of 2017.
