Is this normal transaction fee? Did i accidentaly lower the fee so it needs more time? Or is slow because of something else? https://blockchain.info/tx/ecb63b6e0cea6daa7b6e3f758246d27b152b70dd6d10d11a7696638625329cdd

The included fee-rate in your transaction is "Fee per byte 166.203 sat/B".
The recommended fee-rate right now (underestimation IMO) by tradeblock is: ~100 sat/B - https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin.
The recommended fee-rate right now (somewhat overestimation) by 21.co is: ~300 sat/B - https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

I think that your transaction may take a while to process because:
1) Blocks have started taking more than 10 minutes on average (variance + possible loss of hashrate) which is temporary.
2) Another mini spam attack may be present.
