It might seem like devil worship, but most likely the bizarro weirdness is from higher ups abusing ssri's, and the like. If you ever done amphetamines in any great amount, you'll get it. It's essentially pure chaos, a total disaster. Toss in a liberal dose of beta blockers, and welcome to the show...sit back take a seat, it's a f-ing glorious mess....who isnt taking something i wonder. That, and you don't have to have meetings to know which actions are good for the organization, and which actions/events are bad. There is very much an unspoken word.
