Primedice interface is very simple. You can also try stake.com as it is also owned by primedice but have a lot more games and features. I mostly play on stake.com these days as there are more variety of games.

Yup but you need to be betting an amount that is eligible for that percentage of the jackpot. To keep it simple and to maximize your chances of getting the jackpot roll bet with more than that and keep it running. After all nobody likes to find out that they had rolled 77.77 twice back to back but with a zero value bet.

Races occur on site only. You have to check the Races tab beside the High Rollers tab. You can find promotions under Primedice Promotions. These include Official, VIP, Hosted and Unofficial ones.

Yup but you need to be betting an amount that is eligible for that percentage of the jackpot. To keep it simple and to maximize your chances of getting the jackpot roll bet with more than that and keep it running. After all nobody likes to find out that they had rolled 77.77 twice back to back but with a zero value bet.

One more important thing about the jackpot is that it uses self reporting system.
This thing makes the jackpot harder to hit as it is impossible to hit it using the autobet system unless players keeps their eyes on the screen while the autobet is running.
Probably the best way to hunt the jackpot is by using 3rd party bot or create a script that will stop/notify us when it hits 77.77 back to back.

Well it's also not user-friendly that it is a self reporting system. Gladly there are tools to check it for you.

You could use the normal mode on Seuntjies Bot and check the roll logs later in the dicebot.db file. (which you can open with DB Browser for SQLite, see https://sqlitebrowser.org/)
