We are creating a smart contract on ETH, it seems to us that there a lot more possibilities to achieve high end projects when it comes to crowd funding or any other kind of investments and also the endless possibilities than the conventional ALTCOIN blockchain.

Ok? Why did you start a thread to say something so vague and random? There are way too many ICOs lately and lots aren't doing well, burning early investors. 95% of them are ETH so if anything happened to ETH you'll be screwed.
