Log Files from the Bitcoin Client:

BTW, Blockchain support is like eating at a Vietnamese pho restaurant (im Viet), its freaking terrible customer service.  I am not an expert at this but not a dummy either. I emailed Blockchain support at 4:30PM and they replied back at 5:30 with instructions on how to get them the cURL and the xPub. The xPub is straight forward but the cURL took me about 4 hours to figure out how to copy it.  I replied back to them last night at around 9:30PM and haven't heard anything back. I went on to the Support ticket in the AM and asked if they could fix the issue and that I needed the BTC urgently, no response. And finally sent a tweet, and guess what, NO RESPONSE.  Anyway, I've been researching different ways to send the BTC and ended up moving the address to Omniwallet and was able to send the BTC but now its not confirming and the tx isn't showing up on blockchain at all. Here is the link to blockcypher

I'm not sure if the reason its not confirming is because the fee was low at the time or its not confirming for another reason. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Both transactions to and from that address have confirmed. If you don't see the transactions in your wallet, there is nothing that people here can help you; the only people are blockchain.info

Also, I highly recommend that you not use blockchain.info.

Oh it must have just confirmed, I stopped checking after a couple of hours ago.   I forgot to mention that the first transaction when I bought BTC from the ATM, had its first confirmation in two minutes and had 10+ confirmations when I contacted blockchain about issues sending from the wallet. Do you have a technical ideas on how this even happened? Blockchain requested that I get the cURL from the pushtx string if that means anything.

Any wallet listed here is good: https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/mobile/ios/. I hear that breadwallet is a pretty solid wallet, but I don't use iOS so I don't know. I also recommend that you use a desktop wallet too.
