Upon fynxgloire's request. I sent this message to Papapawl

and left a cautionary negative rating on Papapawl's profile.

While the OP responds to this claim, fynxgloire kindly post proof of your transaction that you have sent the 2 BTC that you claim to have sent to the OP.

Please note, if I do not see that proof of payment to Papapawl, I will be forced to redact from my statement & the negative rating here.

Sure,
that is easy to do, here is the email received fro Paul with the Bitcoins address to send funds to:

"Hey There,

I've switched bitcoin wallets as the wallet I used before was Electrum and it kept conflicting with my Bitcoin cash wallet.

The payment address is this: 16hqjoMuZQbWc66VQV4pmd3vuhALFadQo4

Don't worry, it's not the end of the world if you accidentally send it to the other one, I just prefer this one if you can.

Thanks!
Paul"

Here is that address transactions:
https://blockexplorer.com/address/16hqjoMuZQbWc66VQV4pmd3vuhALFadQo4

Screenshot from my account:

First payment of 0.88 BTC to the account

Second payment of 0.88 BTC to the account

Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

For the sake of transparency.
Consider providing a screenshot of the email where he mentioned his btc address to you. It should be the same address [16hqjoMuZQbWc66VQV4pmd3vuhALFadQo4] as shown in your screenshots.

This just lets other people see the validity of your argument and they too would consider leaving a negative rating on his profile.
But keep in mind, this may not actually compel him to do anything, this is a newbie profile he can simply create another.

So consider posting a screenshot of the email exchanges between him & you. Consider exposing his license that he showed you. Don't hold back. You've already lost your money and you cannot lose anything else at this point.

I will wait till next week to see if my money is returned.
If it is not then I will expose his license and go to the local and federal authorities.

Hi Paul,
Can you please reply back to the PM I sent you regarding the one miner that I paid a security deposit on i.e. was wondering if I could get the login for the bitmain account as promised.
I believe I was the first person you sold the miner to and thats when you changed the title of the thread to 1 LEFT.

Thanks.

This really sucks,
I already got scammed by 2 online shops already

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2079329.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2117245.0

The worst part is I lost my job last month, trying to get income from mining.

I am hoping and praying I don't get scammed a 3rd time from this thread.

You made a mistake. You'll learn from it and prevent others from doing the same thing in the future (hopefully).
Good news is, this is crypto mining, if you play your cards right, you will recover all your money in a pretty short time frame.

Update on the battle,
The seller Paul ( if it really is his name, not sure ) said he would send me the funds (2.1 bitcoins) last week and asked for my wallet address.
After sending him my wallet address, almost instantly ( not more than 5 minutes later ) he sent me this screen shot of coin base proof of sending the funds:
https://imgur.com/dG4Vkju

So I do not think he may have had time to photo-shop my bitcoin wallet address and send it to me ( unless he has some mad photoshop skilz )
I thought great, now I have the money, but, a big BUT, it has been 1 week and the funds have not been received into my wallet.

I then turned my attention to Coin base, I found out this is a crappy company, and they hold people's money for a long time.
I then sent many support tickets to coin base, no answer.
Then I took to facebook and twitter and started badmouthing them that their support sucks, is slow, etc.
That got their attention!
They finally sent me the following email:
https://imgur.com/a/iNtR2

Basically they are saying that the funds probably were not sent to the blockchain due to an insufficient fee. ( bitcoin fee )
To verify this they are asking me for a transaction ID.

I then sent many emails to the seller Paul to please send me the transaction ID so I can convey this to coin base in case the funds are stuck
somewhere within the coin base (crap) architecture.

No response.

Anyone know what else I can do?  ( not going to authorities yet )
