S9 miners on alibaba scams?

i've found a few S9's on alibaba for $100-2700.

are these legit? are are these scams? if the seller wont' take PP then it's a scam?

A total scam, be very careful in your dealings on alibaba, scammers are very active there. If you want to deal, deal only via alibaba's payment platform outside that platform bad news for you. Stay safe brother (Y)

I think this is a big scammer.  Big scammers always give you big offer which are very attractive.  We have to be more alert about any scammer. You should not deal to this type of scammers.  Thank you.

You really should not expect a nice performance for that price. Gives you some value but it is not original. Subcontracting industry or similar copy. There is a benefit to be careful.
