Your pool seems to show double hash rate (it's much higher than network hash rate). I think you have to fix coinDifficultyTarget in your pool settings.

Next thing is, with my 8KH/s I should earn ~800XLC/day. Payment history shows only half earning since yesterday and as I'm connected for 4,5 days now, I should have earned round about 3600XLC but total payed is only 2400XLC!?!? When you change settings while other miners are connected (I've seen many disconnects the last hours) you should be so fair to inform your miners via news block on pool homepage or by using this thread.

When your pool will not be configured correctly in the next 24 hours so I earn the calculated amount of ~800XLC/day I'll leave or setup my own pool.

As I know, Dark make some pool fixes in last 12-14 hours.
Also pool restarted(rebooted) many times. Maybe this is the reason for disconnects.
