But now, they are showing what a hybrid intelligence can do in predicting the movement of market as per technical analysis of AI and TA of different people. I respect that after receiving white list application in the total amount of  500 mil USD the Cindicator Team  sticked to the original hard cap of 15 mil, not like so many other project dramatically rising their hard cap the last minute

I doubt that very much, most of the Tier 3 participant maxed their purchase limit of 5 K, I have a feeling they are there for the long run, especially when reading everywhere that CND may be the next 100x token.

Maybe they don't want people side trading it yet and diminishing its value before it hits the major exchanges?

No..it is released at 12 october because 12 october is the real date when ico end. And the smart contract already set to that date. It is normal. You can check everex it is horible. They distributed mid october but they say it after the ico end.

CND already breakout in hitbtc exchange. If ever they listed this (btirrex / poloniex)  as soon they unlock the tokens by oct12. surely another breakout may happen since by november, CND devs are going to release their platform in the market.

Maybe you should try to understand that Smart Contract are auditing on the said coins and maybe it happen on several coins aswell with ptoy and the other smart contract coins out there. But Cindicator will be different on them since this coin already gain much supporter and huge project with real well known devs and advisory team and that could make the cindicator a huge coin made here. And its very good that there platform will be release soon and expect that the price will pump harder more.

I totally like the project and I am very happy I got in Tier 3 with a small amount. I hope there will be some communication soon how many CND you have to hold to access which product. As to the type of project the upside at initial trading might not be as big as many expect. Maybe only x2 or 3. I am very impressed so far with the ICO, the team and the community. So yes a very interesting project with a good product.
