I don't know how to write a script but I know 1 way to follow back all person who is following you . You just need to use an Chrome Add-on name Twitter Follower. You can use it to auto follow back all your followers for free . I've used it for few months and it work very well

Go to socialoomph.com and signup new account. You will find the option to set auto follow on for your twitter followers.

Yes you can get such script if you google out and you may get a few free too, but the question is, why would you want such and what purpose will it serve? You will only be risking your twitter account of suspension for spams and all that you will have you follow you will be spammers like you too.

Probably best to use something you can read the source code of. If the github repo provided works, I'd recommend using that.

What if twitter banned your account?Btw there already are some chrome extension that helps you get followers and I have tried them myself they worked.Why would someone want it to create it by you?
