The spraying program is to help with global warming. Without those reflective particles up there the planet would be much hotter than it already is. Most if not all of the coastal cities would have been flooded by now.

HAARP is not what people think it is.. Scalar weapons  gimme a fucking break how dumb. No proof just speculation.

I'm on the side that says 'meh'.  Aliens, gov, god, nature, war, unknown:  These are all things I can't change, so there's no point in worrying about it.  What will be, will be.  Be as best prepared as you can but not to the point as causing an ulcer or some sort of concern psychosis.

I dont know what you men that most people think about HAARP, but most people think it is for changing weather, very capable like creating clouds, storms, etc...
