Can anyone explain why my Payment has been stuck for over 24 hours?

Because of the price increase our transaction are acting as the same as past few months ago where our transaction are slow when we are paying a low fee..  so your fee is your problem that is why you are having slow transaction to be confirmed the minimum or default fee right now is 280 satoshis/byte
but according to your transaction i think you are just paying 100 sat..

It is because the system is overloaded and can't process your payment quickly just wait and hope for the best.

You're using an average fee to send it,so that's not a problem.

you're using 226 bytes that mean ever confirmation can take a times around 0-100 minutes,
and based on my experience average times around 60 minutes or even more than that.

Other than that it happened also because of system is overloaded.

in the future if you want to get it as soon as possible try to increase it into 300 bytes minimum.
so,it can prioritize your transaction other than else.

Pay higher fee you are guaanteed miners will fight to include your transaction in next block .
Its all about money, now its a spam attack also that ising fees.

you can Pay higher fee , bitcoin too many trade - just a little too slow.yesterday , i payment 0.04 bitcoin over 2h too slow .

The problem lies in the fee that you paid, as said here already. Pay a higher fee and your transaction will be processed promptly
