Hello Everybody,

I am an Italian citizen working in the United States so I am consider Us Tax Person.
Can I partecipate at the ICO'S?
I have already bought some tokens as they said just "Are you Us Citizen?" and my answer was of course no.

So, if you are italian person that already worked in the US, and i think you must follow the rules in your local environtment, I mean you are living in the united states and you must following the rules.
Because you will get a risk to break it. But that depends on your decision.
