[WTB] VBA/VCC with Virtual bank account that can actually hold money

I'm looking for a vba that I can use to recieve and trasnfer money, and use with sites like PayPal. Thanks

Virtual bank accounts do not let you receive and transfer money.They are actually real but sellers can't sell them.
I can get a real USA debit card+bank account for you.An unused account that can be used to receive,store,transfer money.

Have you tried using gobank, I am sure it doesn't work with PP, but you can use it to receive funds in the US
