Ip Adress (Anime service) Risks?

What is the risk of giving away my ip adress on this forum?
I am thinking about starting a newbie service where I recieve a small amount of popular altcoins, preferably litecoin, or WDC, and then the person can look through a list of animes and download the one they want (Know it is kinda sketchy to "sell" fansubbed anime) But it is much more convenient with a direct download link instead of torrenting at times
