Entirely, it depends on the transaction fee that you are paying since that will tell which transactions should be prioritize for miners to include in their mined block. Some takes minutes, hours andsome don't get confirmed and forgotten which will return to your wallet because of extremely low fee.

usually,i used 100.000 satoshi and in that table you can see every 1 conf take around 0-25 minutes and average time around 15 minutes/conf.
