Help ! not small fee but unconfirmed more than 13 hours

i had two transaction and all stucks
first transaction unconfirmed more than 13 hours with 110,000 satoshi per byte and the 2nds is 221,000 satoshi per byte is not fast enough.
i tried via btc since last night for 1st transaction its still same.
anyone know why this is happened ?

Your first transaction has fee of 110 sats/byte... and your 2nd transaction uses an output from the first... so it won't confirm until the first one does...

This is actually insane.. my tx are not getting confirmed either. on these few hours. it is like a block mined every 30 mins.. Whats with the block time :/

i did thru viabtc accelerator but its still same since 8 hours ago

If say acceleration succeeded you have to wait until viabtc mine a btc block. You can see here the late st block found by viabtc https://blockchain.info/blocks/ViaBTC

first transaction acceleration success 8 hours ago..but i tried again its say submission are beyond limit..and its 17 hours now still unconfirmed

Yes can be possible a problem with viabtc mempool. Maybe can help you macbook-air ir Quickseller and push your btc if you need it fast or wait until will confirm

I mean to push tx on viabtc accelerator at fix start hour because if you do after 6 or more minutes you will not succeed push tx because on viabtc is a Limit of 100 tx btc/hour
