I have misunderstood and I thought that I will receive the MSDN Admin to test it but instead he has provided me with a link to a PDF file describing on how to create the MSDN Admin yourself. This is my foult for misunderstanding as he clearely stated that it's a method.

I decided not to try the methot and I didn't download the file, so please anyone don't contact me trought PM to share any information about this because I will give you negative trust. I can't say if the method works or not because I didn't follow the instruction and I don't intend to.
