Can you explain the free energy part please? Does the government provide free electricity or you are planning to rob electricity from somewhere? Would also like to know about your experience and skill in mining.

These questions are always on my mind specially when someone is talking about free energy. I'm wondering if where they do get those electricity for free knowing that we are really obliged to pay up if we do consume electricity.This is somehow a hard proposal of such project  searching investors on having a minimum of 50k usd wont really be a joke.To OP have you tried to search people near on your place regarding on your plans because for sure here on this forum wont really invest on this kind of agreement and also there are lots of this kind of request back in the past and I strongly believe they do all failed for sure.

There is no free energy. They plan to rob somebody else, transfer the costs to somebody else /like robbing/ or break some rental contract.
In all of the cases above, they will break at least one law and Georgia police could even confiscate the equipment. So be careful.
