After a period of inactivity, I've recently tried to withdraw the bitcoins I've had on my mellowads account, however I don't have access to the email I originally used to sign up anymore. I'm still the same user, and I can sign a message from my wallet address to verify that it's me. I also still have access to my bitcointalk.org account. (Superhitech) This is my personal account that was used to create the announcement threads and promoted the site.

However, I've tried contacting their support through email, and support tickets and have received no reply whatsoever. I've sent them a support ticket since July 26th and they still haven't replied. Do they not provide support anymore? If anyone knows how this can be resolved please post here, thanks.

As I have seen, Mellowads always had terrible support. I'm not really sure that they are responding support tickets and emails at all. There is not many thing what you can do now. You can try to contact them via Twitter, Facebook, Skype or their bitcointalk account, but it's not high chance that they will respond.
Anyway, bad customer support is common thing in bitcoin world and majority of big companies have this problem.

Yep the same is here, too. I mailed them twice for a change in the settings and they haven't responded yet while BitMedia.io handled my request quickly.
Just forget it, you won't get reply from them.

Thanks everyone for your replies, that's unfortunate. I remember Mellow Ads used to have quite good support when they first started out. Looks like I'll have to work on an alternative solution.
