At that rate the whole 300,000 would be worth ~$500 so it's not terribly low. I think that's an awesome pay out for spending a few days on a brand new coin lol.

It means they're not committing one way or the other and it means absolutely nothing. If I ran Bter, I would give the same reply to emails about any new coin (except perhaps the complete trainwrecks).
