Hello everyone. I haven't been active here for some years, but my account is pretty old. I've done a lot of business in the group buy section of this forum, but today I would like to offer 5 acres of raw land out in Mohave County, Arizona!

This property is for someone who is looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle of city living, or you just want your own weekend getaway where you can go RV'ing, off-roading, hiking, or boating in an area that's central to some of the most famous tourist attractions in the world. Or, you simply want to purchase land as an investment, this property is for you! (Check CL and Zillow listings below for images.)

We just listed the property on some sites like Craigslist and Zillow, but would like to offer BTC as a payment method as well. I know scammers are a concern in these forums; so If you're interested in purchasing this property and would like further proof that the property belongs to us, we are glad to provide any documentation to do as such.

Priced to sell at $7,500 (current BTC value).

YOUR DREAM PROPERTY IS LOCATED:

- 20 miles from Lake Mohave!
- 82 miles from Las Vegas and 60 miles from the Grand Canyon Skywalk!
- And just a short drive down Highway 93 to the cities of Kingman (32 miles), Chloride (16 miles), and Dolan Springs, Arizona (15 miles) where you have access to all of life's necessities!

See the listings on CL and Zillow here:

Added Images of Road Access:

8/25 Update:

There is not a well on the property and you would have to have a license to drill. I'm not sure how far you'd need to drill but can get some info if you're interested? Most people in the area keep a septic tank and have water hauled. Let me know if you'd like to make an offer?

8/25 Update:
Added currently selling comps from Landwatch:

Yes, it's zoned agricultural/ residential. You would need a generator for power and a septic tank to have water hauled. Thank you for your interest, let me know if you have anymore questions.

can you build on it?

The property doesn't appear to have road access from the sat images. If you don't have direct access to the road you might be kinda land locked between someone elses property.

Also it's obviously in the middle of a desert so that's something to consider as well.

It's a bit dusted in the picture, but if you pull up a gis map or check it out on Google maps, you'll see a road on the left side of the lot. We confirmed this with the county also. Yes, this is isolated land in Arizona, but there is a lot you can do with it. We have had interest from locals in that county but not entertaining finance options at this time. Thanks for your comment.

Your land is located somewhere that I would not personally want to own land (I am personally more attracted to a more urban lifestyle, rather than living in a rural area), so I would not personally be interested in your property.

It doesn't look like Zillow is able to provide any kind of estimated value of your property. I might suggest posting either the assessed value (by the taxing authority), comparable sales in the area, or some other information that would help a potential buyer value your property.

You can see for sale and sold listings on Zillow below. The closest properties are the 2 under highway 93. One's for sale and the other is a sold listing. The property is slightly southwest of those. If you zoom in you'll see Lantry and Amana Rd. That's where the property is.

If anyone is interested in the land, I am more than glad to send all county info and answer questions. Thanks.

Just curious, but is it possible for non-USA residents to own this land? I'd love to buy some overseas property, but have a feeling that the law makes it impossible. Are there any plants that would grow in this environment, or is it just a few cactus species?

This was addressed above, there is a road running on the west side of the property running in to Lantry rd.

https://image.ibb.co/nE5Nwk/arrow.png

As you can see, it's not land locked. It's a bit dusted but you can see the road in this picture as well -

I'm sure there are certain laws to follow, but I've seen owners of US land that aren't residents. Here are some plants that are growing in the area:

According to this Realty's website http://www.arizonaproperty4sale.com/gateacres.htm - " the water table is about 600'-900' " . Hope that helps.

Is there a well on the property and do you know how deep would have to drill to reach water?
