We can't discuss/confirm any specific exchange listings. However, since it's an ERC20 token, they will be tradeable on EtherDelta from the start so we can announce that.

Has the soft cap been reached already? This credit card item is half inviable, get the tokens only after 60 days because?

The token sale didn't have a soft cap so everyone that participated in the sale will get their tokens whether one was sold or all are sold.

The 60 day waiting period for credit card purchases of the tokens is to eliminate fraudulent purchases. It's best to purchase via other cryptos since we expect to issue those tokens more quickly after the sale ends.
