As per the thread title, looking for an automated overclocking tool to find the best khash/s for my cards, Windows based (python or similar)

I use a utility called CGMiner.

I use a utility called CGMiner.
Yeah. Could try "cgminer --benchmark"
Easiest way is just look up your card on here: https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/wiki/Mining-hardware-comparison
Different settings in the right column, not guaranteed results.

I use bitcoint. And i use OpenCL for mining. My VGA is a AMD hd6870, and they performance is with default clock: 290 mhps. The default clock is 915 GPU 1020 MEM.
When i overclock them to 950,1020, then the performance would 320 mhps. This is the highest stabil range for the overclocking. The temp grows +5 C in hard use.
I use the CGminer integrated module for overclock. But i cannot downlock the mem with this.
