I agree, unlike most ICO projects, this one has real relevant reasons to use the blockchain to avoid all the fees and get more discretion and less State governance, people just need to spread the word on social medias and in no time this would interest the general public and could become huge.

Rentals & advertising are legal and we already have an 10+ years of experience in supporting similar functions on the national real estate portal http://realt.by.
