For now we are on 4100 usd price which is 900 away on reaching 5000 usd price and we are almost there and 900 isnt too far away and we would definitely reach that price anytime soon and as you said it would happen on this year for sure.There might be price decrease but eventually bitcoins price do tend to rise up anytime it decreases.This is why i do save bitcoin as much as i can and i didnt buy bitcoin because its too expensive as of now this is why im relying on my bitcoin earnings and saving them on stash.

I agree, increasing interest in bitcoins is the way we can reach $5,000 levels target. Increasing adoption as well would be good. It would be nice to see a lot more people using bitcoins for purposes of transactions rather than holding it for purposes of investments. Using it only for speculative investment will not raise its value to its true potential amount.

Yes be positive about bitcoin. I like optimistic people who don't disheart  people without any reason. Currently the bitcoin price is progressing, there might be a little decrease in the price but it doesn't mean that the price can't reach to $5000.
My personal opinion about the bitcoin price is that we will see the price at $5000 in the next month and maybe earlier than that. So guys get ready for the new record to be set by bitcoin.

Exactly now its very hard to stop bitcoins as everyone was hoping to see the $4k price at the end of the year but we crossed that price before that so now anything is possible with bitcoins in coming months and I am sure that it won't take much time even to touch the price of $5k in coming days.

Although have many predict about target $5,000 in this year, but I don't think whales and rich man will make the market happening like our predict. They understand most trader are waiting them go out Bitcoin and comeback to altcoin for helps altcoin recovery, but they don't stupid helps us soon like now. People however don't seem to understand that a 2MB hard fork is part of the SegWit2X proposal, but will kick in at a later point. They get blinded by how the price has gone up in the last weeks. I am sure that when the fud starts to pick up, and the price starts to go down as result of the uncertainties, people will start to feel it. As always, people will be creating threads asking why the price is going down despite the activation of SegWit, and at some point start with panic selling -- that's how things go here.

We all know what happened to people who succumbed to the panic and sold in July. When the fud about Segwit2x starts spreading, we should just switch off our computers and ignore it for a while. Coins in cold storage will continue to grow in value.

The hard fork to 2MB was always part of the miners plan but the problem is that developers do not agree with this, this is going to create an even bigger split than what happened with bitcoin cash, in my opinion the fork coming in November is a lot more risky since there is a lot more support for that fork than what bitcoin cash got.

Things can change pretty fast.
Nobody knows what's going to happen when SegWit is activated on wednesday. I could imagine the price taking a plunge. Something like sell the news scenario.
A correction down to 3k wouldn't surprise me to be honest, and then 5000 isn't so close anymore.
I hope this is not gonna happen, but it definitely could. And if it should, so what, cheap coins!

I really hope that your words will be real and everything will happen just like that. I would not want Bitcoin to go down below 4000 dollars. Although for today it is still not enough for me, And I do not really want to see Bitcoin falling. I already hope that by the end of this year will see the reality of the desired $ 5000. As already promised more than 4 years later, we can generally see up to 100,000 dollars for Bitcoin. These are the forecasts of specialists, not my schizophrenia.
