Bittrex bad ????

yesterday (08/16/2017) I withdrawed two positions of (TenX) PAY Tokens from my Bittrex (TenX) PAY Wallet to my external Wallet:
- first transaction was 4.99 PAY Tokens.
- second transaction was 24.99063877 PAY Tokens.
- The first transaction was executed and send to my own wallet outside of Bittrex.
- The second transaction was executed (status at bittrex: completed) buy it never reached my own wallet outside of Bittrex.
- Round about 12h are gone now, and nothing was transferred to my external wallet.
- The external Wallet Address is in both transactions absolutely correct, cos both times the addresses are absolutely identical, first one did work, second one not.
- The second transferred PAY Tokens never reached my Wallet Address, the proof I checked in etherscan.io.
- Why did this happen?
- Did anyone expirienced the same at bittrex?
What can I do now? Sad

What about TxID? If bittrex sent transaction then TxID must be showed in history

I do not see any proof of transactions available in your case, so I assume, maybe you forgot to confirm the withdrawal you did on the related email.
Maybe you can check it again to make sure everything is done well.

you can check use explorer youre coin, transaction is confirmation or not
and youre wrong section, is good you post in exchanger section, service discussion altcoin section, of bittrex official thread

but I did not forget anything, and I see the TxID.
But this TxID is not there if I check it with etherscan.io, it says: "Sorry, We are unable to locate the Transaction entry"
On the other hand: My first test transaction is there when I search its TxID.
And I did everything the same as in the first transaction but with higher value (more tokens).
Its really annoying.

I don't face problem but I just don't likhe their limit of withdrawal minimum amount.They have just 0.025btc minimum withdrawal for one day. I really hate this limit.

Been using bittrex for a long time and i did not encounter such a problem on withdrawal. Everything is fine with me, maybe you forgot to enter your 2fa code and you think that you enter it.

I did not forget anything, I did two times the same and one time it went good, one time it did not.

if bittrex is bad then the other exchanges are literally hell, try to contact their support

This happened once with me and I checked that the wallet was under maintenance and hence the transaction took few hours to reach my wallet. Also, transactions on Etherscan don't appear if the gas limit is less. You should contact bittrex asap as it's an issue from their end. If your address is correct, there's nothing to worry about.

I also have not found a serious problem with bittrex, so far it's still safe for me But that does not mean that exchange we can trust 100%. we must remain vigilant against the exchange Because we never know about tomorrow or the future. but for now bittrex is still one of the best exchanges in my opinion. About the withdrawal limit why did not try verifying your account? To cross the daily withdrawal limit in bittrex

Just send a ticket to bittrex support, hopefully they will reply you soon. Please check just like erikalui said on above.

To the all people who said OP might be forgot to confirm his withdrawal, just stfu and you are just clearly spamming on here.

Do you send from bittrex to wallet exchanger?
For alt etherium platform should never pull funds using a wallet exchanger, because the risk of losing tokens is very large.

Just look at your transaction ID. It's where you'll find what amount of tokens were sent to which address and what is the status of the transaction.
More often these problems arises due to sending to a wrong wallet.

The only way to trace out that transaction is to show the TXID and you must report it to them to get some good solution to your problem if that one is true and as of now the Bittrex is the only trading site where I can trust the most since I've never get any migraine upon trading on them. So give some proper good documentation for faster action is the best solution for your case.

Yes sending a ticket on bittrex support will make your problem resolved quickly, because if I get into trouble on bittrex I just send a support ticket and it runs fine.

I withdrew from Bittrex yesterday 0.3B and the whole transfer took 15 minutes. I can't complain

I have never experienced any disturbance on bittrex, everything went smoothly. Or maybe i have never done altcoin withdrawal. Because bittrex is favorite place trades altcoin after poloniex. So, i am just make withdraw bitcoin from this exchange.
