Where and how to buy Tezos now?

Is it possible to create a Tezos wallet now?

I would like some Tezzies

You can buy on hitbtc but they sell it for higher price than ico price, wait for new exchanges it will be cheaper.

You don't have a chance now to buy tezzies, also not on hitbtc as its only a future trading. You need to wait until it hits the exchanges in around 2.5 -3 months!

HitBTC only offers inside training.
You cannot create a client side wallet yet. Wait for team to release a wallet application.
Wait for popular exchanges to list Tezzies. Then you can buy from there.
