It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Haha, anyone go and download that link if you're stupid enough to get your wallet stolen.

I can testify that it's completely 100% legit. My 3-way crossfire rig is now pulling in almost 450 Ghash per second. This is proven by the sudden spike in network hashing power everyone has seen recently. I urge everyone that cares about their mining operation to download that, it will change your life!

True story.

Yeah because I'd pool mine if I had 500Gh/s.

Oh and I'd only have made 0.018BTC.  Roll Eyes

if its true and no fake the whole bitcoin project is in danger because the cheat must be based on the encrypted system itself.

that would be 2 weeks of fun for all but then all 21mio bitcoins are generated (and worthless)

I call shenanigans.

The comments are made by hackers. The link for the download is probably loaded with a trojan or virus.

If you created a crack like that, i'm sure the first thing you would do is to share it with the world for free!

Anyone that could do that, would be sitting on a goldmine, I would think, but it's not possible because the coins can only be disbursed over a set period of time, I thought.

that was not the question. if its away/deleted there, it comes somewhere other.

Is this cracked bitcoin miner responsible for huge increase of Thash/s ?

Is that fake or is that true?

Are you trolling? "If its true", give me a break man. There is no way to "hack" your miners so they give you 500GH/S, use your common sense. Open your eyes and look at what types of comments that are left and WHO left them. They're all hackers promoting cheats so they have access to your computer.

I am sure someone here will download it and pull the EXE apart. I did have a quick look and well GUIminer is 8,111kb and well that file is like 346kb. So I am betting it's a virus.

Rarther than installing that and loosing your bitcoins just send them to me

I installed it, why isn't it working?

You are fucked. Better to read, wait, learn, then stand up and walk, BEFORE stepping into a pile of shit. Hope you can survive it. When you get back online and your computer fixed, let us know what you went though.
