open your wallet
    go to "settings"
    then choose "Show seed"
    enter your wallet password as will be asking by a prompt
    copy and save passphrase (nmenomic) which are given to you
    "close wallet" form settings
    in the opening window, after have choosing your language, choose the second option "Restore wallet from ..."
    in the other opening window, paste or enter previously saved passphrase (nmenomic)
    give to your wallet a new name (or keep old name but old associated backup files need to be deleted first)
    go to next step and give to a new password (or keep the old one)
    then your wallet will be well updated and you must have good behavior now (expected balance, unlocked amount, ...)

Hi if wallet reset does not work since all pools were put back online last night after a big update than contact @rishabhrpg and he will help you sort your coins so you get the ones you have mined. Their were pending balances in the pool and as he stated in a prior post above, if you are one of them please contact him so he can make sure you receive your coins. Thank you

When the dead pool http://chrc.blockbit.ch I wrote the owners a letter asking to transfer mined 1000 coins in my wallet. There was no answer. Now the pool is working, but the payment history and the balance in my wallet Cnu8NKicTakGmATRWpTeq4GQ7RjMUtnf7fyqv1byyqdnb3vbadssn4cfwjquy4fgyftrh5wetquxdgt 3mnc3dhasfphen8t cleared it so now they don't owe me anything ))) I do Not recommend this pool - they are stealing coins. I propose to remove this pool from the official website charnacoin.com that more nobody has suffered from their actions.
