How would this really work? Users would say the events they want to bet and at what odds they want to do it? For me this is always the problem with this kind of betting. I never know how my bets will be matched. It's normally easier by going to a sportsbetting site, either a "traditional" one, or an exchange like fairlay.
If this is done in a practical way, then I think a service like this would work.
Yeah, ensuring that you get a "fair" bet with appropriate odds becomes a lot harder if you take out the middle man. You can essentially eliminate the house edge in these type of user versus user bets but determining odds is definitely a lot harder unless you are doing 50-50 type of bets. |

When you find someone to bet against will you announce it ? Make a thread or esit this one here as to the nature of the net and if it is going to happen or not. Many times threads like this simply die and nothing is done so don't let that happen here. We want to see some action. If done right perhaps this can be a thread for peer to peer bets. Perhaps someone else should hold the funds ? A trusted third party perhaps ? Anyway it is something different and will be fun to follow up on.

so to avoid things like that to happen better to make sure that OP is willing to play with bettors which is not finding yet its opponents this type of gambling is very expensive for the site owners that dont have enough visits and not have any ads. |

User vs user gambling is fun and I know it's not the same but it's very hard to find user vs user gaming, so have you ever thought about social gambling? The thing is OP wants to bet against a person but without an intermediary like btcbe.cc which you recommended and shamelessly flagged your referral link. This is quite different than what you recommended since it will not make use of a middleman. The problem with what OP wants is that it will be hard to grade a game by themselves, unlike just agreeing to a website. |

This cant be done easily, because you cant know the odds, if this will be done and you will base the odds on the ongoing sports betting sites, then its just the same, wjust without the too much complications.

Money,escrow and the odds will be the concern here, no one will agreed a 1:1 bet when 1 team is heavily favorable and other is underdog and if your going to escrow the bet you also need to pay fee for escrow. Its the same thing if you are betting in a legit betting website that get small profit everytime you bet. No hassle right? |
