[ANN] Bounty PROPOSAL, ALT GUI COIN MAKER

I propose that GUI.exe/Installer be made that allows 
the creation of everything needed to select main parameters down load libraries and compile.

choices should include
Number of coins
block time
re-target
etc etc



This will either be the making of alts or their finish so should appeal to everybody!!!!

It will act as escrow and the amount will grow until someone does it (or not).

I will edit this as more comes to mind, and include everyone's input
