Please help me about opencl.exe

Dear all,
I have this issue. I have just copy ETH 9.8 source from my friend, after that i showed hidden files. I detected a file hidden opencl.exe. I opened start.bat in ETH 9.8 folder, and I saw this content:

Who can support me to know what's opencl.exe? I checked this file on virustotal.com. This website detected this file is virus. Is it a virus? and if it is virus, how can remove it?
