It's not email address, it's jabber. You have to just add this account in jabber messenger and will able to mix coins w/o entering the site.
May be we'll add telegram/etc bots soon.

Great ultimatum  . I didn't say that we need reputation right now or asap , we know that we need some time to gain it and we doing it step by step, we are not hurry. A lot of people already trust us and for now it's enough. As i already said we preparing signature campaign and after launch will think about amount for escrow, thanks for your advice.
