How to resell or return the tokens after ICO ends

I have 2 questions:

1.What are the available methods to resell the tokens after the ICO ends?
2.Can the user return the tokens after the ICO ends and get a refund? For example they buy X token for 1 BTC. Can the users can get back the 1 BTC after the ICO ends if they regret their decision?

Yes, as soon as they are listed on exchangers like bittrex, yobit, novaexchange or livecoin, you can trade them after ico period.
Refund mostly is not garanted. You just can trade them for the price, that buyers are willing to pay.

1) Yes, you can sell in exchange after ICO. To find out which exchanges are listing the coins, you can check coin market cap for the available markets.

2) Most ICO don't refund investors.

You can 'return' the tokens if the ICO founders have a 'buy back' at the end of it, other than that trading it at an exchange is probably your best bet
