This person does not look like he is mellowads at all. Mellowads faucet is not new, it has been some time in operation and is accessed through mellowads website.

OP must have bought the domain to capitalize off the REAL MellowAds (https://mellowads.com/). No-one can stop people from purchasing domains that are similar to popular websites, unless there are trademark consideration. If anyone is going to do what OP has done, be prepared for your BTC to get drained very quickly.
