If you're open to using templates,why not just buy a template or use a free one ? I'm pretty sure you will get a descent Bootstrap landing page for $5-$10.You can edit the files yourself or ask someone to do it for you.

Makes sense.In that case,you can ask someone from the forum to pay for it in exchange for the BTC. You'll find a lot of members around who do that.Additionally,use an escrow regardless of the amount.
