I wanted to join the campaign but when i tried to click the link of spectrocoin it loads a blank page but it says "Access from your IP (112.198.118.64) is restricted. Contact support if you think this is an error" does it mean some countries like mine are restricted?

Same here cant access the site, it says restricted, also in android app it says http error
