This is also what I was thinking, those Chinese that don't use a VPN to participate in the ICO will try to buy after the ICO has ended.

I think 2 things can happen

1. China (and a lot of other investors) abandon the project all together and it fails.
2. The cap will not be eaten by whales and more people can get in at the ICO. China joins when it hits exchanges.

Who knows.. I bought some NEO in the dip just for this ICO, so I'm in for the ride

Is that mean the red pulse project or fundraiser will have delayed due to the ICO regulation? It seems good in my opinion to make an ico regulation. the competence developer will not worry to follow the regulation. I think that the delay will be no ETA. Remember PBOC already frozen some of the bitcoin exchange sites in the past. I like that notice has made by the dahongfei.
