I want to tell you a little about our sad experience with StartICO.net, namely, Tyumentsev Alexei Anatolyevich as the head of this company.
During the launch of our ICO https://LuvenMed.io we needed to develop a smart contract and we stumbled upon the advertisement of StartICO.net.
After looking at the page of this software, the pages of the team in social networks, we saw that they attend exhibitions with speeches "about the security of ICO." We thought: “These guys know what they're doing!” and decided to trust them.

We agreed on cooperation, we gave information on the number of tokens, bonuses, the price of the token, etc.
Then we agreed on the price, we paid it, we received a contract.

During the ICO, we collected not very much, 31.8 ETH, and therefore decided to refund ETH to our investors.

Imagine! In the contract their company did NOT provide for WITHDRAWAL of funds that fall to the address of the contract. And as a result, the funds were stuck.
Alexey, as the manager, does not want to be responsible for the consequences of his actions, now he ignores us and does not respond to our messages. As a result, our investors and our reputation suffered.

Yes, our mistake is that we did not apply to an outside company for auditing the contract from these pseudo-specialists, the deadlines pressed us. And besides so many positive comments were written about StartICO.net.

And the price of this lesson is 31 ETH!

UPDATE: First of all I would like to apologize for calling this project a scam, I failed holding my emotions.
The incident is not fully settled, but Aleksey made concessions.
So far my comment about sub-quality work is left but I'd like to say that the issue is being solved.

We strongly do not recommend applying for any services with StartICO.net or purchasing their software and tokens. They have no experience and if you do not want to lose your collected crypto - you should look for alternatives.

I will not like to rush into conclusion but it will not be a good image for the startico if they are actually found guilty as accused by this their client despite the high cost of their software. Who installed the script for you ?

We did not use their script. We ordered a smart-contract from them. As a result, the contract they developed was without the withdrawal function.

I am not quite competent regarding smart contracts and I thought I was dealing with professionals. But they turned out to be incompetent as well.
They just said: "Sorry for sub-quality work"

But now I am understood why!!! I looked through their ads on this forum and saw one ad regarding the hiring of a Solidity developer. One of the requirements was "Experience is desirable". Desirable, not obligatory!!))

When hackers find a breach in their software and steal all their clients' money, most likely, they will say the same thing -  "Sorry for sub-quality work"
