This better be what you all do with real bums too!   Instead of change give them a little advice and a slice of life.  Get that shit out of here!  Poor bums.  Now I know why the homeless are so anti-work if they would have to deal with all this just to get some free money out of people.   I don't know how all these other bums who start these type of begging threads do it, they must have that magic stick.
