Forum where member is allowed to troll and roast another member? I think only few people want to join this kind of forum even if you can earn money. I'd rather join local gaming forum or few sub-reddit instead.
It was one of a special request from one of our admins, but we are thinking of removing it, as you are right this will only disturb the forum's environment, thank you for your input

Sure thing, hopefully we will have few members who will reach the bare minimum in the next week, as for max character count, there isn't max limit yet, as we will encourage users to write in depth reviews, we may implement a max character limit if we think we can't sustain it. Also low quality posts will be deleted sooner or later.
