Why is Everything dumping ?

the past 3 days, most alts are dumping.

I could not find an explanation why, any ideas ? any news im missing ?
Too many icos taking the spotlight ?

It's because the biggest alt is pumping - BCC

Recently theres been tons of forecast by financial firms, investment firms, analyst that Bitcoin could hit $5-6K flawlessly, Time matters

No one could explain this, I suppose money is getting  into high pumping coin .whales will come back to other coins with their money , be patient to wait.

People panic often.  This isn't anything to be worried about as long as you just hodl.  I would dump any BCC that I own though.

So many dumps near the weekends since I've been into crypto, don't panic, HODL and buy during these dips. I picked up a IOTA for $.25 USD in the mid July dip, it's $.84 today.

First, because of the huge BCH pump going on.

Second, because most of the alts have already been pumped to the moon, so now they are coming back down to earth.

It's true correlation but not always. It might be the case that bitcoin is being exchanged with USD !!
Altcoins will pump only if bitcoin is being dumped and converted to altcoins, then only those/that particular coin will start pumping, as the volume traded for it will be increasing.

As the bitcoin value is very high, people might just like to cash it out for fiat currency as they might think this is the highest bitcoin might reach currently. No big news by the way. Of course ICO will come and go that's not big thing.

A mentioned earlier it's mainly driven by the upsurge in BCH, more exchanges now supporting BCH, miners now finding BCH profitable to mine and as such might support it with more hash power and the speed of BCH confirmations might also be signs that it might be easily adpoted in the future.

Many whales are just taking home huge profits because many noob traders are coming and the noob traders are also dumping because they panic too much. Also another point to mention is the fact that this happens almost every weekend when the whales they want to spend their Bitcoins. ICOS as well are in fashion so people jump from one ICO to the other make x 3 or x 5 then go to next coin.

Initially I was panicked but after understanding the pattern of whales I did not really take into account at this time, it is best to remain consistent with some coins and wait for further developments, as the whales are currently raising rate of bcash and I think it's only temporary to their advantage.

Its a normal pushback.Also,this time unexpected maneuver like BCC pumping was done to make newbs move and get confused and lose money in the end.

News giving altcoin high impact, like or not that's what happens now. When news comes up, trader or investor make a hard decision with their money and mostly using bigger fund. Don't worry about it, it's just temporary. That's why trader or investor have fundamental information to helping them decides what the right step when news comes up. Too many ICO is nothing, bitcoin dumps altcoin not always pump. Thank you and see you next time.

your second opinion maybe still logic, alt already pumped and they will be down because the whales already get their profit and prepare to buy again in low price

Did you also realize that when a lot of coins are being dumped, some for example bitcoin cash are pumped? No one can some coins to pump forever.
