I got a reply from them after reporting an issue, to my email.
The message contains an URL to the case where I should be able to add more comments.
The URL is like
http://support.bitinstant.com/customer/portal/private/cases/xyz(xyz is the case number)
When opening it, it throws me to the main page:
http://support.bitinstant.com/Is this some temporary problem on their side?
I also tried to reply by email, but got no response for that.
Any idea what to do next?
The problem is a wrong (invalid, so the funds wont end up on someone else's account) destination account number in a transfer I made.
